Grandparent Supervisory Agreement

Scheduled Sport & Rec activities will leave and return from the dining hall. Children 6 & under are able to be signed in and out of the Little Campers Kids Club at the times provided in the camp program.

Outside of these scheduled activities grandparents will have complete supervisory responsibility.

Photo Authorisation

I hereby authorise Central Coast Family Support Services Inc to use my photograph, video or voice recording, and work produced in art activities for the purposes related to family support programs, including publicity, marketing and promotion of Central Coast Family Support Services programs and endeavours.

This includes (but is not limited to) use on the website, within social media platforms, organisational reports, and updates to funding bodies and contributors.
